How It Works

1. Add items to your cart – Shop for the furniture pieces you love
2. Check out with Klarna  – Select Klarna as your payment method at checkout
3. Choose to pay in instalments – Select the instalment option that works best for you
4. Make your first payment – Your first payment is due at checkout
5. Automatic payments – The remaining payments are automatically charged to your card saved on Shop Pay
6. Stay informed – You'll receive email reminders before each payment is due

What orders are eligible?

Orders between £50 and £30,000 (including discounts, shipping, and taxes) are eligible for Klarna Instalments.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Debit cards are accepted as a payment method for Klarna Instalments orders. In some cases, credit cards may also be available as a payment option.

What if I need to return or exchange an item?

If you need to return an item purchased with Klarna Installments, simply follow our standard return process. Once we process your return, your installment plan will be adjusted accordingly, and you'll receive a refund for any payments made.
